My name is Ilyana Eversky. I am a dollmaker, a tea-house attendant, and an impassioned advocate for my friends. This time though, I will be advocate for myself. I want to dedicate myself in service to Elune as a priestess.
Before I was introduced to the teahouse, it was just Verri and me. The truth is, I think we were both afraid back then. We were afraid moving forward, and afraid of getting hurt. We stuck together, living on the road, unwilling to open the way to try new things and meet new people.
This all changed when we first visited the teahouse. I remember there were a few other guests there. Shyari greeted us, Celiess fed us. And we were invited back, again and again. We made new friends, and when people told us we didn't belong, Shyari and the tea haven protected us. For the first time in many years, we had a home.
Eventually, I joined the Starlight Rose as waitstaff, on a kind of part-time basis. I found a lot of new opportunities to create plush dolls, and give them to vulnerable people who needed something soft to hug, and give them to strong people to remind them of the warm places they protect.
I want to give back. I want to become a priestess of Elune. I want to give my all, in order to fight for people who don't have someone in their corner. I cannot fight with blades or magic. I don't expect to. But the most powerful weapon I can wield is my heart. I want to find a teacher who will help me build my relationship with Elune, and empower me to wield my heart to protect people in need.
I want to give back, just as others have given to me.
