The order begins only after you and I agree to the terms, and payment is completed.

  • I may post the art on social media
  • I may share the art as part of my portfolio

Client's Rights

After the art has been delivered and fully paid for, you may...

  • Gift the art to a friend (but not as part of a transaction)

Forbidden Usage

  • You must not claim to have created the art
  • You must not use my art in AI training
  • You must not sell or trade your ownership of the art, or physical or digital copies of the art

Extension

The artist may request that the delivery date be extended. If the client agrees to the extension, the delivery date may be updated to a later date according to the extension.

Cancelation

  • The client or the artist may cancel the order at any time before payment is made or before both parties have agreed to the order.
  • The artist may cancel the order at any time before the final art has been delivered, or if payment has not been received.
  • If there is a delivery deadline, the client may cancel the order if the artist has not delivered the final art and the delivery deadline has passed.
  • If the order is cancelled, the artist must refund the payment, and the client loses any rights to the art.
